We moved in 2 weeks ago and we love it here! Super quiet & so nice for what we pay. :) plus we had a problem with a sink & they came right away to fix it. Super nice & helpful staff. Living here is making our move from North Austin very easy!
This is one of the best apartments we have ever lived in. The renovations were great, the amenities well kept-up, and customer service excellent. I give 4 stars (wish I could give 4.5) instead of 5 because of some slight maintenance issues like installing a sink faucet sideways and being slow to check out a leaking ceiling. Otherwise, we were sad to leave this place when we moved! The people in the office are great, and even called to let me know I had mail there after I moved out.
The best customer service out there when looking for an apartment fast! I loved it and the place is beautiful! :):)
THEY ARE THEIVES!! They got me approved but to amount I COULD NOT afford. FORCING me to cancel! Then they got to keep the deposit! Keep an eye on everything they tell you. UNLESS YOU HAVE 100 PERCENT PERFECT CREDIT, forget about it cuz they will just screw you!!!!
