More Expensive is Not Always Better The Palazzo Apartments are some of the most upscale apartments located in San Marcos. While they are nice, they are not necessarily worth the almost $1000 per month to live there. The community feels safer because it is gated. Not what you think Guys, don’t move here. I repeat DON’T MOVE HERE!!! It may look nice from the outside, but these apartments have not had proper maintenance care. I have leaks in my ceiling, all of my appliances have been broken and I can hardly say they’ve been properly repaired. The pool is always dirty. I’m talking actual dirt and green algae. Honestly, there’s so many negative things I could say. Please don’t waste your money. I promise you, it is not worth it.

Maintenance takes forever. I have put in numerous repair orders for the same problem. They leave and do not clean up or sometimes finish the job. Walls have large cracks in them...all the way down the wall. Dog park is filthy. Dog stations are frequently empty of bags. There has not been one day I have left my apartment there hasnt been dog feces on my way from my front door to my car. Office staff seem dismissive of my requests when I have had to call after waiting weeks for an online submitted service request

Disappointing I don’t even know where to begin. When my husband and I first moved in we were very excited. However, upon arrival our dishwasher and dryer were both broke and took a while to fix. Then, we had some neighbors move in and their car alarm goes off randomly throughout the day and late at night and early morning. We have been complaining for months and months and office staff says they are taking care of it, but I was awoken at 3am and 5am this morning before work. For the money we pay here, there shouldn't be dog poop everywhere. The dog owners are lazy and the management doesn't enforce clean-up.

SCAMMERS Where to begin... with the exception of Nubia, the office staff is incompetent and rude. They will accept your pet deposit in August, then 4 months later tell you you never payed it, you show them check scans and stubs, then they draft the deposit from rent you already payed (with check scans and stubs as proof) and tell you that you now owe $200 from September in rent that was never paid even though you've shown them proof it was paid. Just turned in my keys after three years in the best complex in town! Thanks to the awesome staff for making life there great! Shout out to Tori for always being there when we needed help, and to Chris and the crew for keeping the place looking great! We will miss ya!

First off, let me just say the actual apartment itself is a nice space. There’s lots of natural light and huge master bedroom/closets. My apartment itself is renovated and lovely looking. I pay a lot of money for rent here, more than the rest of the student communities because I wanted the quiet community feeling instead of tripping over beer bottles every morning in the parking lot (my previous complex never cleaned their grounds and left broken glass near the dog parks). ...
