Love this salon! I have curly hair. I needed a cut and guidance on how to care for my curls. Elena was so knowledgeable and patient. She did a fantastic job, showed me everything I needed to do. Also got a great shampoo. Highly recommend Palazzo and Elena.

I genuinely cannot give a high enough recommendation for this place and specifically Rachel. I have gotten so many compliments after getting my hair cut and beard colored by her, and she has one of the most friendly, personable personalities as well. I was shocked my cut, shampoo, and beard color were priced VERY reasonably considering the service quality provided. The rest of the staff has all be incredibly warm and kind as well. 10/10 recommend booking an appointment with Rachel!
This was my first time here. Liz helped me with my curly hair. She listened to what I normally get done, made sure we were on the same page for what I wanted, and she delivered! She educated me on curly hair, products, and how to style properly. All of the Aveda products are natural plant based which makes me feel good about putting it on my hair. The salon was so cute and everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable. The prices are very good too! 100% will be back!
