Time was taken to make you feel good with all that was done. A Great Experience, took time to explain what was going on and what had to be done.
Very friendly staff
I had a great experience yesterday! My Hygienist was thorough, very professional and pleasant. Dr. Pelak is a great Dentist and Surgeon! She too was very professional and presented my diagnosis to me with care and gave me alternate options. I am very pleased with my first experience here and will most likely recommend family & friends here!
Dr Pelak and her staff always try to educate about what is taking place. They also give useful information and advice about how to improve dental health.
I wouldn't suggest this dentist to my worst enemy! Believe me, I've had my share of dentist and this dentist is the worst I've ever been too! Charging insurance/me for services not rendered in the thousands of dollar, not giving me what I paid for, said I already picked up, did not refund the $500 that they said they would for whitening services, had to go under twice to fix what they didn't the first time, the list goes on and on!!
I have a smaller mouth and a harder time keeping it open for some dental procedures. Dr Pelak and her staff are aware of my comfort level and what it takes to make my visits go smoothly. I really appreciate this.
Dr. Pelak draws on her extensive knowledge and experience to provide top-notch service. She knows what she wants to do and so far I haven't seen anything that she wasn't able to handle.
There's a reason I've been a patient at Total Dentistry for at Total Dentistry for at least a decade. I trust Doc Pelak. She's highly skilled, the staff are professional and highly trained. Everyone works well together.
