Never answered the phone when calling
I have been seeing Scott Zeller for my primary care and he is truly exceptional. I have had a number of bad experiences with doctors, particularly in receiving psychiatric medication. I am someone who possesses diagnoses many clinicians do not know how to work with. In working with Scott he has allowed me to take the reins on figuring out what medications I want to be on, which is exactly what I need. He takes my concerns seriously, and does not try to put me on medications I do not wish to be on.
Not sure this is even a real place. Went to urgent care and got my prescription sent here, I’ve called several times and left voicemails and no one has ever answered and I’ve never gotten a call back. I showed up during their normal operating hours and the Denver location was closed with no explanation.
I've received both primary care and health coaching from Marathon, and both my doctor and health coach have been fantastic. I particularly appreciate that my doctor admits when he lacks expertise in a certain area and consults specialists which are available to him through Marathon. Very cool.
