We've been going to Paladar for over 5 years and introduced a number of people to Paladar. Mother's Day dinner was by far the worst experience ever. Guacamole so chunky - you could eat it with a fork. 1 3/4 hrs between sitting down and getting our meals. There was something wrong with every part of the meal - seasoning/spices off, ingredients seemed thrown together, food cold.
