Great atmosphere and great appetizers. I also enjoyed a delicious lemon cake topped with berries soaked in Rum. Definitely anticipating going back.
Atmosphere was great. Staff was friendly and professional. Lots of interesting entrees to choose from. Loved the variety of chips that came with the fire roasted tomato salsa. The drinks were interesting but came in a glass full of ice, disappointing for $10. I’d recommend one of the rum flights and a soft drink on the side if you’re in the mood for some alcohol.
We celebrated a 21st birthday. Our server was as excited as we were for the occasion and everything about our experience shouted that. The restaurant was packed, yet we had wonderful, timely service and attention. Our food, from apps to main course, to the swath of beverages we sampled were sumptuous, tasty and so satisfying.
Paladar is one of our favorite places. The food and service is always excellent. Our dinner Saturday night for our Anniversary was the best one ever.

Tonight was the BEST meal I have ever had at Paladar . Been going to the restaurant for years. Our server was fantastic also the assistant manager who was on tonight.2-21-19..Friendly warm and kind . Efeana was the waitress..Wish I could remember her name. Sat right behind hostess table. Will be back...Thx for a great experience—Jackie
