I had an amazing experience at Palacios Beauty Salon! Mary and karla did a fantastic job cutting my long curly hair not an easy task, but they handled it with skill and care. They were both super friendly and made me feel completely at ease throughout the appointment. The vibe in the salon was warm and welcoming, and you can tell they really care about their clients. I highly recommend this place, they are the best!

I've been here twice. The first experience was great, and she (the older woman) recreated a style from photo references. However, she flubbed the more recent haircut badly enough for me to cry in the chair. I showed her the photo on the left for reference. I told her multiple times to not buzz off the sides and to leave some length. She did not follow the reference photo or my instructions because she buzzed off the sides of my head.
