If you're looking for an apartment for a senior parent - be sure to check out the Palacio. My mother has lived here for almost 10 years. The building is active, friendly and well located convenient to many grocery stores, medical facilities, pharmacies and restaurants in every price range. I would like to rebut the bad reviews here on this site. First of all I have lived here for 5 years now and love it. Everyone here is treated with love and respect. We are a community that truly cares for one another. The owner and staff are friendly and caring. If you are looking for an apartment I invite you to come; see for yourself what we are like. Talk with the residents and staff; you will be welcomed with open arms.

This is an awesome apartment complex that is well run and filled with 100+ friendly seniors. They range from very active to semi-active but they all have one thing in common...they are all included in regularly scheduled on-going activities and two or three special activities a month. If you're looking for a great place to live please come and check it out...you'll be impressed with the ambiance of the public areas and the quality of the apartments.

WORST APARTMENTS IN OC – Save your time and keep looking. These Senior Apartments are poorly managed. The price is too high and the people who live there only talk to their own small groups and everyone else is pretty much bedridden. Get a new manager! Palacio Senior Apartments SUCK!!
