Palace Roofing was an absolutely blessing to me! I received quotes from numerous companies and not only did they offer me the best rate, but Peter called me himself to discuss what was going on, options available to me for my extensive repairs (gutters, roof and chimney) and followed up with me throughout the process. My job was completed on time, within budget and the outcome was amazing! I would highly recommend them to everyone I know! High quality and amazing customer service!
I paid in full to get a new metal roof install. It’s been leaking ever since it’s been installed. They’ll come out and do a repair, leave and it still leaks. After the fourth time coming out my calls don’t get answered as fast as before but my roof still leaks. And I’ll reiterate….. I paid in full
They did a great job repairing the flashing around my fireplace and a zip boot around the utility input. Also previously had them replace a damaged gutter and shingles. Prompt & professional!
