Terrible communication, and do not do what they promise. Hired them through our insurance company, they damaged inside drywall, didn’t install vents when they said they would, don’t respond to numerous texts, and even the insurance company has stated they can’t get hold of them. Roof and skylights seem fine, we’ll see when we actually get some snow or heavy rain. Turns out they didn’t even schedule the inspection. NEW: They also seem to be avoiding my insurance company, which can’t close out this claim now. Awful.
