I've been coming here for the last two years and I am always welcomed with professionalism and respect. Everyone is polite, they provide great recommendations and go above and beyond to ensure I am comfortable and happy. I've never felt disrespected or treated differently. You guys are great!
The manager is racist and impolite. I am very disappointed and frustrated . I have been at this place since 2024 because it is the closiest to my house and because every employee I met was very professional and provided good job. Today will be my last one to go at this place because the pedicure was not good. It was my first time seeing this employee, he was not professional and did not do a good the job as others. No base coat was added seemed like the person doing my nails was in a rush. And I saw a cockroach roaming on the floor. And the nail art was not good nothing like my picture. Also ridiculously expensive for how it looked nothing like me inspo.
Have made appointments before with a specific nail technician. Called yesterday and the owner made the appointment with my gal and today I go in and she tells me I can’t make appointments. Terrible customer service. Would never go here !!!!
Christina was the best! I was on a time crunch, she worked efficiently to get me out on time without sacrificing quality. Highly recommend!
