I am a positive review type of person but this really upset me. I asked for hard gel to build up my broken nail into a square shape. Nail tech put hard gel on my nail and proceeded to file it right down to where it was broken. Not only did this hurt me but it defeated the purpose of the hard gel which is $10 extra per nail. I tried to communicate what I wanted but he did not seem to understand and I wasn’t willing to risk my nails being damaged so I asked him to stop and said I would go somewhere else. I hesitate writing this review because I want to keep this place a secret. Had an excellent experience with Suzie. I moved from NYC 2 years ago & have been on the hunt for a good salon- it’s been a challenge! Until last week when I walked in with no apt in desperate need of a mani pedi. I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. They took me right away, made me feel comfortable & relaxed. It’s been a week since a basic mani/pedi and no chipping. Can not wait for my next appointment with Suzie!
