I came in on a Friday after lunch time, around 1:30 pm with my boyfriend’s daughter to get our sets filled. They didn’t appear overly busy but seems like I was a continuous bother to both techs when asking about gel color options, designs for an 8 year olds nails and just being overly rough with excessive grinding with the tools, cuticles bleeding and trimming too much skin that also bled. Came here today for the first time, had a wonderful experience. Walked in at 11:46 (on a Saturday, no appointment), finished with my manicure (and my kids) and leaving in less than an hour. They have an efficient check in system (you fill a paper out with what services you want and what complimentary drink you want) and so many colors to choose from (I picked gel #430- pictured).
