RecommendedUnfortunate circumstances brought us to Silver City with a broken spirit but we soon found happiness in this lovely historic hotel. The two working the front desk were a much needed smile. I loved the history of the city and the community the hotel brought. Had evening coffee with a lovely gentleman from Tucson and felt comfortable with our hotel door open to come and go as if the hotel was our home.
As more experienced travelers we found this hotel to be incredibly clean, charming and friendly. The character of the hotel is truly appreciated for being such a well kept gem in an equally charming town! On a scale of 1 to 10 - we give it a 20!!!

This is a charming historic hotel in the heart of the artsy historic district. We upgraded to a suite for a very reasonable price. It was so worth it.

No wifi in rooms. Very dated, but neat rooms. Would be worth it if rooms where about 25% cheaper.
Really can’t describe what a treat it is to stay here. A true diamond.
What a great place. We have the Luxury Suite on the ground floor, and it is so very authentic and funky!
