We have recently had the best experience with becoming tenants at Palace Gates. Mohamed was super helpful and professional from start to finish. He made everything about this move very easy during a very stressful time for me and my spouse. Communication was clear and any questions that we had were immediately answered. Very very good experience.
The maintenance took care of an issue which was with my oven so quickly and professionally. I wasn't inconvenienced for more than a couple of days and a replacement stove was provided. I highly recommend this housing to anyone wanting to rent. Maintenance to the rescue again. A repair was needed on the toilet in my unit and a maintenance request was taken care of quickly and professionly. Thank you. The lots were being redone with paving but yard maintenance managed to keep everything well maintained. Hats off to them!
The management booked a viewing only to cancel 10-15 minutes before, and renting out to someone not honoring time or distance to travel. I don't recommend looking at their apartments as they're keen on not being honorable.
