I found this place when I was doing a search for little diners near where I live. My husband loves these kind of places, and a few days ago I finally confinced him to go try it. We each got the cheese burger, and our son got the browned butter banana bread. IT. WAS. AWESOME. The burgers were delicious, the fries were AMAZING, and the banana bread was SO good! The breakfast sandwich is a religious experience. The Fried Chicken sandwich, a work of art. The bruleed grapefruit? Amazing. Go here. Go often. Bring cash.

Amazing food and atmosphere. Have been in Maine for 4 days with my boyfriend and came here twice. Tried the French toast, lumberjack, deluxe breakfast sandwich as well as the omelette du jour which was mushrooms and cheddar....all were fantastic. This will definitely be a recurring stop whenever we come back to Maine.
I hadn't been in since the previous ownership, who was awesome and I was somewhat of a regular. First impression was wow the menu is small, but for a 15 seat diner that is probably a good thing. I had the 'Deluxe sandwich' with palace potatoes. My wife and I visited today for the first time. There was a little bit of a wait to be seated so you definitely should expect that. We got the banana bread, corn beef hash, and the lumberjack breakfast. This by far was the best breakfast we have ever had! The service was amazing and the people around us were so friendly! We will definitely be back!

One of the best breakfast experiences ever! Atmosphere, food, service, price - authenticity. Caramelized Grapefruit, Challah French Toast, Palace Potatoes, omelette, hash, Brown Butter Grilled Banana Bread... ridiculous!
