A week ago my AC broke down. I needed somebody to inspect it and tell me what is wrong with it and possibly repair it. I friend of mine recommend me Palace Cooling & heating and he said he had a great experience with them. I called them and very friendly employee arranged to send their tech over within few hours. Their tech arrived in about an hour and inspected my AC system. He explained me what was wrong with it and told me what needs to be done and of course how much would cost. You'll never be dissapointed. The instillation process went smoothly and they answered all my questions. Our tech was great and moved very quickly which I appreciated. He informed me of their maintenence service and I was impressed at how they stand by their work. Everything is perfect and my room can now stay cool ahead of the dog days of summer. Thanks for helping me get through the hot season. Five stars!
