Palace Casino Resort is definitely BEST OF THE BEST-my favorite casino! Clean, non-smoking, good food, friendly service, nice place to walk-(beautiful scenery),spa, loose slots, beautiful golf course..
We used to love the Palace but it's getting to be just like the other Hotels. We still had fun even though the machines did not pay out much.
Just stayed last weekend. What a wonderful experience the staff was great, tables at $5.00 on weekend. With non smoking what a difference found the only place to stay and gamble in Biloxi.
This was the first time we got to check out this casino and my husband and I enjoyed it! They play great music on the loud speakers thru out the casino!!! Now we haven't stayed in the hotel rooms so I can't comment about that, the casino environment overall is good! I would recommend complimentary sodas/icee /coffee stations like some of the other casinos. We enjoyed the buffet, the food was good! Security was cool, but most of the others didn't know the first thing about custom service... Petty money hungry employees, except in the buffet those employees are top notch. Room and outside pool/hot tub are phenomenal ... No smoking was exceptional
Loved the smoke free , and the private bathroom, love to play -Jack Pot Party, only one,,will y'all bring that game back, hope so.
Very nice remodeling of the Stacked restaurant and we did very well in the casino
