Nice resort We were given a free night here by Welk Resort the night before our time share presentation. I was very impressed with the rooms. They were large and rustic and very comfortable. They had a nice pool and hot tub that we spent most of the night in. I would definitely go back.
Great get a way IN beautiful Fallbrook, large rustic rooms with golf course views. They had a great Sunday Brunch, but have done away with that :( Sadly we don't make it out that way to much. But well worth the mid week price.
Mixed opinion We stayed here 5 years ago when we got married. We loved it. However the staff is now young and inconsistent and they stopped their wonderful sunday brunch so we have shied away recently. The food is still better than average but a let down for a resort that is supposed to be 4-5 stars.
Pala Mesa Resort Nice grounds with up-dated rooms and quality bedding. Great food with semi casual/romantic atmosphere. Golfing within walking distance. You can't beat the price for a spacious room and nice surroundings.
