Probably more rude than securitas central monitoring station. Walked up to a fire panel today, (new customer) called the monitor number on the panel and was greeted with a “who is this” “I need to know where you got this number from” very hostile and rude guy on the phone. Now we understand why the customer has cancelled the contract with them. Please work to do better. Lives are at stake and rude customer service ruins our industry. Cheers!
