Poor communication
I was referred to Sally by someone I knew. I was I was trying to figure out what was required and not required to be in her program. Trying to communicate through text was just slow tried calling and no answer. so I can continue to text her. This went over a month period of time. unprofessional experience. I had a good experience up until the last time I had called ( to book my first appointment after paperwork process ) And the person really wasn’t treating me fairly or nicely considering this is an establishment for bettering mental health. You really shouldn’t make people feel unimportant and rushed while in this field.
If I could not leave a star review they would get none. The office staff is rude, I have been trying for months to get ahold of the billing department, with no call back from anyone. I have found a much better office to go to. Seriously don’t go to them. I’ve even tried to talk to the office manager and nothing. Stay away from them.
