This is the third time I have been to Doctor Pakan for a variety of knee issues. He is always friendly and concerned for his patients comfort. Dr . Pakan works with the individual to develop a plan of action to address the situation.

Dr. Pakan has provided my orthopedic treatment for nearly four decades. He has done tendon attachments, joint replacements and other procedures in an extremely competent fashion. His medical skill is exceeded only by his personal care and concern for emotional well-being. He communicates in a kindly and understandable manner, never as an authoritarian. That approach provides assurance to this patient.
Twenty years ago after shattering my tibia Dr. Pakan was responsible for me walking again. I went back after a cycling accident which bruised the same leg as was injured before. I found his entire staff from point of check in were helpful, professional, and client centered. Dr. Pakan was patient and caring. We have developed a strategy to insure I can attend my daughter’s beach wedding in December.
Amazing staff help you and give you the time you need. Dr Pakan has been my doctor for close to 30 years.
Dr Pakan’s kindness, caring and concern makes him stand out in the field. He cares about his patients and takes his time explaining issues and concerns as well as treatment options . The people in his office are very helpful in getting you ready to see the doctor.
Dr Pakan did a revision on one knee two years ago ( my previous doctor had retired). I’m now scheduled for a robotic replacement on the other knee. I have complete faith in him. He answers my questions completely.
I scheduled my first appointment on 4/20/23 with Dr. Pakan after hearing many positive comments from his patients. I'm convinced that he's the Physician to see in the Kent/Ravenna area if you are experiencing serious hip or knee pain. The x-ray of my hip made the surgery decision easy. I now have a total hip replacement scheduled in the near future. Mike in Rootstown
