I went into this business for the first time today and ended up walking out three minutes later, after I was snapped at to start filling out a form and heard the worker behind the counter being extremely rude to the gentleman in front of me. The prices she quoted him on his package were incredibly high. I ended up at the post office where it was much less expensive and I got very pleasant service with a smile.

Kathy, you should sit down and hear your customers out. Look at your reviews, they reflect on your behavior and lack of customer service. As a business owner you should be ashamed of yourself for taking advantage of the American people. You charge as you see fit vs the FedEx rate charge. Which is horrible!!Not sure how you stay in business. To all potential customers: BEWARE!!! This facility is rude, and will charge you double! Shame on Pak N Ship, and lack there of.

A business can only stay in business if it makes money. If you think about it, any establishment has to pay rent, taxes, utilities, employees, phone and many other expenses. One of the expenses in this type of business is paying UPS and FedEx to pick up their packages. They should be paying her to take their stuff. Rich, you are wrong. They do not just automatically stop...they are PAID to stop.

The woman who works at this store is rude and unpleasant. They charge huge fees to drop off packages or mail packages. UPS should drop them completely as a service provider because SERVICE is one thing they DO NOT PROVIDE!. Zero stars would be too many!

attention to all....... this is an independant company... that means that they pay ups and fed-ex to come and pick up your packages.... that is why they can charge you \$2 or \$2.50 to handle your packages even though they are pre-paid shipping labels... i reccomend you either pay the fee or use your gas to go to an actual ups or fed-ex store.... but then again which costs more nowadays??? their charge or a gallon of gas???
