I understand that you have guidelines that must be followed, however it’s your responsibility to let your clients know what they are. You confiscated my Estée Lauder perfume that my friend was sending me for Christmas. Had the guidelines been mentioned to him he would not have mailed it. You ruined my Christmas. Since Amazon mailed it to him it never occurred that he couldn’t mail it to me. I am devastated. You basically stole my perfume and mailed an empty box. Wow.
