I always go to this business because the owner is fantastic and efficient and courteous. I have absolute trust in her when I mail packages to family. She is the best.
Best Customer Service you could ask for – The owner, E J Song, goes above and beyond to make sure her customers come back! She helped me weight and measure my 14 boxes twice with out treating me like a burden. I had her pack 4 picture frames to be shipped to Dubai, UAE and she did an amazing job. E J also went above by making sure my already packed boxes were packed properly. Of course they were not so she added plastic and any needed padding. OVERCHARGED AT THIS LOCATION We are a business & had someone go to this Pak Mail Location to ship on our FED Ex Acct #, & they were told they couldn't bill 3rd party & the sender would have to pay. He sent 33 lbs to Okinawa Japan, Fed Ex Int'l Economy & was charged $473.35 for shipping & Insurance & when I calculated it on line with FED EX, it was calculated at $412.42 list or with my discount, $191.15 (which we weren't able to get because they wouldn't let our mutual customer use our Fed Ex acct #).
