Love this Pak N Mail. They are under new management and so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. You can get passport photos taken here too.
I had high hopes for this location under the new ownership, but left disappointed. I needed to ship several boxes using my company FedEx account number. The lady refused to accept the packages and said I need to go to a FedEx Authorized Ship Center. I searched online for a location, and this location is listed as FedEx authorized. I went to the pak mail in bee cave and they gave me the forms to fill out for the shipment and she told me that they should have accepted my shipment as a FedEx ship center, but all pak mail locati... read more
