Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

No, they never postpone my appointment Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Was this family doctor's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Was this family doctor's staff friendly? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Absolutely not, the office was disgusting Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it. Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
