Yes, they went above and beyond Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes, but its hard to find Did this provider use excessive foul language? No

Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Was this family doctor's staff friendly? Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring

Does this provider welcome questions? Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? No, it is their way or the highway Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Definitely, they seemed irritated to work with anyone Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated
