Everyone at the office is wonderful. Paisley Rojo has an excellent bedside manner and is very responsive and proactive.
Paisley Rojo has been my provider for almost 2 years. I have never had a negative experience with her or her staff. Paisley is very personable, patient, kind and shows empathy every time I have seen her. She is not a provider who comes in and leaves after only seeing you for a few minutes. She takes her time to hear all of my concerns. Herself or her staff answer questions in the carondalet patient portal relatively quickly (which is not the case for many other medical providers). I do not recommend choosing Paisley Rojo as your primary care. She shows very little empathy for you as a patient. There is a difference between professional and rude. Paisley is rude. I lost insurance coverage after losing my job. Paisley luckily was refilling a prescription for a med I was on for years, despite having to cancel a follow up because I didn’t have insurance.
