Ken and his team at PaintPros are simply the best painters I've ever used. They handled a very complicated paint job for our Victorian era house with meticulous care. Even though the job, both in the prep stage and painting stage, turned out to be more challenging than expected, they cut no corners and did not seek to change the price or impose change orders. I want to especially thank Jose and Efron for their great work and attention to detail. PaintPros will certainly get our business in the future.
An amazing experience from start to finish! Kenneth and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. They took great care of our large interior room with lots of historic details that needed to be painted (ceiling, trim, built ins, walls, window muntins, trim, moulding, etc.) We really care about all the details (to the point of being rather neurotic) and we could not be happier with the work they did! Highly recommend them!
Long story short, Kenneth and his team at PaintPros did a stellar job. Now for those that like to read more of the detailed reviews: I had to get the outside of my house painted and fast (not by choice). I met with at least 4 other companies before Kenneth arrived. Paint Pros are fantastic! Great communication, reliable workers, and most importantly, high quality work. They removed popcorn ceilings, retextured the walls in two rooms, and were flexible when I added a door to be painted at the last minute. They finished 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, hallway and foyer, with immaculate prep work, in just under 2 weeks.
Kenneth and the PaintPros of Napa Valley team made this project an “easy button” experience. Not everyone may be familiar with that phrase, so here’s the context: I reached out to three painters to get a quote for painting my new kitchen hood to match existing cabinetry.
