Alex was very unprofessional in handling my daughter's birthday celebration. She stated we must of spoken with a paint teacher and then gave all kinds of excuses on why our booking was never confirmed. I asked to be contacted by the owner and never heard back from anyone. Thankfully we were able to book The Painters Lounge and will give my daughter the 30th Surprise Birthday Party she deserves after such a tough year. They lost out on over $500 worth of business. So the website sign up said "Book Club - Dungeon Pals - Set" today 8/18/26 but when we arrived we were told it wasn't a "set" and could only do 1 of the 2 paintings cause it was more of a date night type thing where one person paints one pal (princess donut) and the other person paints the other pal (mongo).
