The instructor never showed up we waited a hour before we even started paint the environment & staff were very ghetto I don't recommend this place at all waste of time & money!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Reserved for daughter Bachelorette over a month ahead and received conformation the day before. Showed up to locked door no way to contact. Waited 40min. Then went to Paint Monkey who took us last min. They were GREAT!!
There is nothing good I can say about this location. We booked an event months before hand & even confirmed the day before the event. When we showed up at the Paint & Sip (Penn Hills specifically) the doors were locked, lights were off and no one was there to let us in or greet us. We called, messaged, and even emailed but got no response or answer as to why no one was there for our confirmed(!!) reservation.
