We found Tim Daley through a very strong recommendation from ... Gemini. We, first and foremost, needed a detail-oriented painter, focused on surface prep before painting. Well, we found exactly that, and more. We have an out-building that needed repainting and also some repairs. Tim handled the many repairs, prep-work (sanding, caulking, primer coat), and two finish coats. He even installed new hinges and latches on the doors. With all the repairs, and painting, I told him I was thinking of setting up a bed and moving in.
I had Tim paint the exterior of my home to make it match some new siding I had installed and it turned out great. He power washed and scrubbed all the original siding and even power washed the 2 porches while he has at it. Then painted the siding and the trim and also installed some new shutters for me that purchased. His price was very fair and worked around the extreme heat at the time and the days of rain in between. I plan on hiring him next year for another job I have planned. We had Tim come and repaint our basement walls. He was great with communication, gave us a free estimate, and used high quality paint. I would highly recommend using him if you want a reliable and hard working painter for your home or business.
Tim pays a lot of attention to detail , does excellent work and treats your house like it is his own. If I ever need a painter again I am definitely going to give him a call. Highly recommend giving him a all if you ever need work done.

He painted 4 rooms, 2 hallways, and a stairwell—including ceilings—and did it all on his own, incredibly efficiently, even during the busy holiday season.
