My furnace was making strange noises, and the airflow felt weak in some rooms. Had an estimate scheduled for duct cleaning. Called the night before at like 2230 to confirm (super late for a confirmation call). Never showed up. I called 15 minutes past our scheduled appointment and was told the operator would follow-up... nothing. No longer interested in your services thanks.
