Lucky we have an extra bedroom in our house for when your tenant has to vacate a snake infested apartment. 4 snakes inside, 2 weeks, NEW RECORD! Maintenance is a no show, go team!

At this very moment, the ladies in the office: Karen, Angie, and Melanie are super great they follow thru on all items that are brought to their attention. Professional and go-getters! We have been at Painted Trails for nearly 4 years now and have absolutely loved living here. We moved here from the Midwest without ever having been to Arizona. I am a major researcher and no matter what complex I looked at Painted Trails always stood out as a clear favorite. All these years later we still don’t think there is a better complex. Nice apartments and the front office is very helpful and friendly when you need anything! And they have lots of fun things where you get to know others in the apartments!
We have loved it here! Angie and Thalia have been amazing! We have had some really bad experiences renting and both my husband and I have been very pleasantly surprised at how well they take care of this complex and it’s tenants!
