Unprofessional attitude and substandard painting. The BMW rear bumper was not painted to OEM specifications. They failed to take two minutes to paint two exposed sections on the underside of the bumper. It is very noticeable to potential buyers. I just want to get the car back to "just like new." PaintedOEMParts just wanted the part returned and offered no real fix.

I tend to only share about a company when the experience with one was stellar, not great but over the top. Here’s such a case. If you ever need a painted car bumper replaced, use these guys. Their price was market rates, the product was great (paint match was spot-on), and their service was outstanding.
