Mate, I live overseas and Desert Realty LV manages my investment properties. If it wasn't for team over at Desert Realty I'd be stressing all the time. They are a 1 stop shop from; billing to repair or if you need to evict some "non paying interloper- they got your back". Painted Desert Realty failed to make repairs on the house I rented from them. It had a leaky pool that cost hundreds of dollars a month in water bills. They sent me a bounced check to return my security deposit. They stole 1000 dollars from it for so called "repairs" that the broken house they rented me needed. I called the owner, David, he was little help. Kimberly Perryman was the realtor, she is less than incompetent. I cleaned the house professionally when I left and they claimed it was messy. Crooks!

A Las Vegas real estate agency that you can get ahold of! When it comes to Las Vegas homes sales there is no one more qualified. I've seen them in action, and not only can they get you what you want at a good price and location, but they are pleasant to deal with and genuinely care about their clients wants and needs. They are the type of people that will lose money themselves, just to help their clients get a good deal. You don't see that very often. Thank you for showing your clients that you care about them. David & Stephanie Lee helped me find a home in Painted Desert, the first home we found was a ok deal and it was in the $400k price range I was going to put a offer on it and before I did another home came on the market for over $100k less but it was everything that I wanted, they could of easily not told me about it and made more money on the home I was going to put a offer on but instead they did the right thing and sold me the perfect home for a lower price, and they were always available for me when I needed to talk or me... read more
