BUYER BEWARE. After ordering my parts my car was rear ended and deemed a total loss. I contacted the company to ask what I needed to do, but before they responded I got a notification that my items had shipped. Mind you it came to a grand total of $1500. They then informed me that my paths had shipped and I could reject the shipment and could not return the painted part and my shipping would not be refunded and I would have to pay a restocking fee. I purchased a painted bumper 6 weeks ago. Contacted the seller and they said that the paperwork got lost. This is a terrible company. If you’re reading this, trust me it is NOT WORTH your time or money. They also refused to refund the shipping cost. Like I said, this company is terrible !
Horrible service at its best. They don't contact you at all. When you call, they tell you go on they website find information there. My package came in damage, im trying to file a damage claim now it's been two weeks and haven't heard nothing from them yet. I wouldn't recommend buying from them they don't care about they're customers at all. I'm still here waiting for damage claim for two weeks.
