I have been to this shop for the past three years. This is my first time after their remodel. I had a truly awful experience and it ruined my day. This is for a facial appt with esthetician Anne. No greeting: I arrived in time. The front desk asked me to wait. This salon offers both nail and facial services. I visited during the summer for a facial treatment. The overall space was clean, but the treatment room was quite small. Once the door was closed, ventilation was limited, and it felt stuffy and uncomfortable, especially in warmer weather. The esthetician was polite, but the technique felt inexperienced. I love paint nail beauty spa! I have been their customer since 2020! The stuff there are super nice as well. I have my facial eyelashes and nails done in this spa and I’m super satisfied every time! I also recommend my friends

5 stars review. All my friends are satisfied with their service! This is my favorite salon since 2017. They have more locations coming soon all over ca. I’m happy for them
