I came a few weeks ago for a normal gel manicure with an added protective layer for an additional charge. Save your money please instead of getting the extra layer - my nails started chipping a week later and the polish has now just peeled off about half of my nails. So disappointing.

My appointment took longer than expected. The nail person was slow, and not very communicative. Plus I was unsure what to expect, as this was my first experience with these types of nails. After being blamed for my appointment taking too long, I had to clarify with a manager, that it was my nail tech that took too long...... She did not ask me if I was satisfied with the shape of my nails. I’ve been going here since I moved to Lubbock for college. It’s hard to find a nail place you feel comfortable going to, so I’m glad I found out about this place. They’re clean, professional, and very friendly. 10/10 recommend.
