I got a lash lift here and love how it turned out! The salon is really cute and clean, and everyone was super friendly. My lashes look amazing without any mascara — I’ll definitely be back.
RESPONSE TO OWNER: I did not miss the appointment - your team wrapped up early, before my appointment was even set to start, on a false assumption I would not show up? I attached the screenshot from the messages exchanged with the rep hosting the event. My appointment was at 7:45. I love the concept and the experience was really lovely, but I’m really disappointed with my nails. This is probably the worst and most expensive manicure I have ever received. The polish didn’t lay smoothly, there are literally bubbles under the polish, the cuticle line is messy, and there is a spot on the side that is bald (not chipped, just wasn’t painted there). Really bummed.
I have been coming here regularly for almost a year and can say that I have always left happy with my nails! I have seen Gia and Haley, and both do an incredible job at communicating throughout the appointment to ensure my expectations are met and I am satisfied with my manicure. I don't have any interest in going elsewhere in Pittsburgh for a mani, I love Paint!
I don’t normally write reviews online, but I have never been more disappointed in a nail service. I’ve had long natural nails for nearly a year and decided to go to PAINT Nail Bar because it seemed that they care for the natural nail and offer a structured manicure service. In less than 2 weeks, one of the nail extensions completely fell off, one nail broke off, and one has a side fracture that may lead to full breakage.
