Reservation at 4pm, Door was locked and nobody was there. Called and lady acted annoyed and questioned that we had a Reservation even though they had already booked it for us and took our deposit, and shows up 20 minutes later as we were leaving. Told her we were canceling and she's just says ok and speeds off. Never apologized and was extremely unprofessional.
For my husband‘s birthday, I wanted to do something special. Trying to think of something outside of the box, I reached out to the paint and escape room via text message. Our initial contact was on October 24th, and she was very helpful providing me with all of the information I needed. On October 25th, she and I confirmed a date, and on October 27th, she sent me a request for my deposit to book my reservation. Our family had a great time in the Escape room. This was our first family experience in an escape room and it was perfect. They also have balloons, which a nice Happy Birthday bouquet was waiting for us when we finished the escape room. Thank you for making our experience enjoyable and for your kindness and thoughtfulness! We will surely will back with the rest of our family.
My daughter and her friends had a great time doing the escape room for her 11th birthday party. Annette did an amazing job with the balloon decoration and very accommodating.
My grandson LOVED his Spider-Man balloon display!! She did this for me with only 2 days notice. EVERYONE at Dave & Busters stopped to ask us where we got it!! I HIGHLY recommend Thanks Annette!!
