I had a wonderful experience at Painless Root Canal Specialists with Dr. Marc. I was nervous at first because of all the horrible root canal stories I read online, but my experience was completely different. During the procedure, I didn’t feel any pain at all. Even after the treatment, I was surprised that I didn’t experience any pain. The bump I had before completely disappeared. I’m so grateful for Dr. Marc’s skill and care. Highly recommend!

The first visit went well. I felt like the doctor did a great job, but I was in a lot of pain after the first visit. Because of this, I scheduled my follow-up for a Friday so I could recover over the weekend. They rescheduled me 3 weeks in a row because "the doctor won't be in that day." The second time I was rescheduled, I specifically asked if I should schedule for a different day because the doc calls off on Fridays. Office manager is extremely rude, aggressive and condescending. Won’t be returning here. Office canceled an appointment without notifying me & she never once apologized, only made excuses and inflammatory statements to continue to escalate the situation. Beware!
