RecommendedI took my 2010 Taurus up for a brake issue and wheel bearing and was treated with the best service. They told me what all needs replaced and what parts are starting to get old, but do not need replaced quite yet. They were honest and up front with all servicing and answered all my questions (I know nothing about cars, so there were a lot) and broke the answers into dummy terms so I could understand. One of the more difficult tasks in life - finding an auto repair shop that’s fair, does great work and respects your time. Well check that off the list, these guys are fantastic. They’ve worked on two cars for me and both times the job was well done, done in a timely manner and fairly priced. Give them a shot, you won’t regret it.
Can't ask for a better business. I normally cringe when getting anything done to my car, but these guys make the experience 100% different from most garages. No high pressure, scary sales tactics. Just honesty & professional repairs at remarkably reasonable costs. Take my advice, do yourself a favor and let them take care of your car!
John and Matt run a great shop. It's evident they care about their customers. While there are a number of auto service shops in the Commerce area, Painless Autoworks will be my default for any work on my vehicles into the future.
