Yesterday I purchased an FJ cruiser from painless autos! Janna and Jason were superb! It was the most pleasant car purchase experience I’ve had to date! Highly recommend them and we will go back to them in the future for any new vehicles! They are wonderful people and I feel I was treated very well and the final price and negotiations were fair and gracious!
From start to finish, this was indeed very "Painless" ! We had been looking for a car for our kids to drive for over a year - ideally something priced well sold at a reputable place that took a wide range of payment methods (so we didn't have to pay cash). Buying a used car these days carries a certain amount of risk and we don't have money to spare. I live in Texas so I purchased my vehicle sight unseen, and Jason was very accommodating with my needs and requests. He even helped me facilitate and coordinate with a shipping company.
