I experienced pain, numbness and tingling in my left arm a number of years ago. GP recommended a nerve specialist, they found no specific issue. Had an MRI and was told nothing abnormal, basically 'wear and tear'. Nothing to try or avoid, since I am active that was frustrating. So was taking over the counter pain medicine daily for over 6 months and trying to deal with the pain and other symptoms. I scheduled with Debbie - she performed (5) 15 minute PNT sessions and the pain finally subsided. Highly recommend Debbie.
