Good work from the Mentor Tree guys. Cleaned up everything I asked and several damaged/hanging branches.
Good job by Sam and his Mentor Tree Service team. The work (a large tree removals) was done well and we will use them again.
This is a great tree service company; we’ve used them for years. Someone needs to be home, at least in the beginning, to make sure that guys know which trees to cut because the person who did the estimate is not necessarily on site when the job is being performed. That’s my only negative which can be a big problem if no one is home. If not there is a chance that something will be missed or the wrong tree cut down, however, this company easily makes things right when they don’t go well.
Mentor Tree Service did an exceptional job removing one of our dead maples and pruning the other two. The crew was efficient and completed the work in a short amount of time, leaving the site spotless. They even provided us with professional advice on how to maintain the health of our trees. Despite their busy schedule, they managed to fit us in quickly and made the entire process hassle-free. The Mentor Tree Service team was swift, effective, and meticulous. They offered a reasonable rate and successfully took down three sizable trees (poplars and sweet gum), one small tree, and pruned several others near the house.
