Friendly neighbors, quiet neighborhood. Great value. Apartment is well kept, laundry room too. Property manager is on site and takes care of apartments daily. Grounds clean. Great location next to the square, and Rec Park.
Bad business dealing with the manager Gray bad attitude I was trying to help my friend move out the apartment so my friend asked me to make sure I clean out the spot so he can get his deposit back and guess what gray changed the locks on me so now that I can't get back in my friend will not receive a thing back and the part about it is rent isn't due yet thats a straight violations entering and changing locks
Been living here for 2 years quiet , peaceful and safe. Management has been GREAT!
Lived here for a year had such a hard time getting things fixed. Had my son in March then our air conditioner went out in May and was not fixed for months so I had a newborn baby in a super hot apartment with no way to cool down. Then our dishwasher broke and it took 3 months to get that fixed. Then our hot water tank broke about three weeks into August and took a few days for that to be fixed. I have lived here a few years. Price is reasonable,apartments well kept. Property manager very responsive and keeps up with issues well.
