Couldn’t recommend Dr. Kang or his PA Brian for anyone that truly needs help with pain. I have been a patient on two separate occasions 2010-2012 and most recently since 2019 and I do feel like Dr. Kang and Brian really listen. I despise ORTHO SC because I have been treated so poorly even just when I needed paperwork for my insurance company, they’ve lied and also their doctors have rescheduled appointments last minute, after waiting months to see them causing several more months of waiting. Went in to get a quote on a elbow injection. It was out of network. Dr. Kang said no problem, gave the receptionist the codes to look up. She said she’d get back to me. When I went back in after not hearing from her, she said it would be another 4-5 days before I could get an answer! Today (1 1/2 weeks later) I went and in and she refused to talk to me. I have been going here for over three years. Brain and Dr. Kang are great and the staff is just as kind and wonderful as possible. I would give ten stars if possible!
